This policy is drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data collected
The site collects data only when you fill in the quote or call-back form. The fields are: your name, your telephone number, the type of need chosen from the list, your municipality and, if you wish, a free-text message.
When you choose to open WhatsApp or call us, the conversation is handled by your operator or by WhatsApp under their own terms; we add no collection of our own.
No data is collected when you simply browse the pages: no account, no tracking, no cookie.
Purpose and legal basis
The form data is used solely to answer your request: to call you back, state a price, schedule a job and, if it takes place, draw up the quote and the invoice.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). After a job, retention of invoicing data rests on our legal accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Your data is not used for marketing, is not sold and is not passed to third parties, apart from the technical providers needed to receive the form and keep the accounts, who are bound by contract to confidentiality.
Retention period
Requests received through the form are kept for 12 months from receipt, then deleted. If a job takes place, the data needed for the quote and invoice is kept for the statutory retention period for accounting records, currently 7 years in Belgium.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your data, under the conditions set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR. To exercise it, write to [email protected] stating your name and the telephone number used in the form; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
